Designed and made for high speed rotary slitting-rewinding/counting/inspecting and perfectly finished rolls.      T he un-and rewind-shafts have independently-working  tension-controlling.    The pre-set counter enables a “down-speed”automaticly, when almost finished the pre-setted labelcount and stops then slowly at the setted count.
